When you have an inspired thought, you have to trust it and act on it. It is incredible how many people in the world have inspired thoughts and ideas on a daily basis. It’s even more incredible on how many people simply don’t act on it. They don’t act on it because they feel it’s not good enough to be shared or they are not good enough. They may feel people would not care or it won’t work. The unfortunate thing is that because of this there will be many great inspired ideas and thoughts that will be lost and will never come to fruition.
If you are feeling this way, you’re not the only one to have these feelings. We have all had them in one point of our lives. Some people still have them every day. Many millionaires and famous people have questioned themselves at one point in their lives as well. Some actors and actresses will even tell you they still question themselves, even though they are very well-known and make millions a year. The point to this post is to you that you are not alone in your feelings, but you need to break away from this. Never ever doubt yourself and your ideas that inspire you, chances are if they inspire you they inspire others as well. You don’t want people to lose out on what you have to share. Never doubt your abilities, believer in yourself and other does will believe in you as well.
You have what it takes to do great things in this world and in your lifetime. It’s time for you to do your thing and take your ideas and inspirations and take them to the next level. It’s time to start taking “I am” from a negative statement to a positive one. How many times have you used the statement I am in a negative light? I am fat, I am too skinny, I am ugly, I am broke, I am unlucky, I am tired, I am sick of my life, I am not successful, I am unworthy of love, I am unworthy of a good life. I can continue to go on and on.
It’s time to stop the negative I am and make them positive. I am beautiful, I am worthy, I am rich, I am healthy, I am lucky, I am blessed, I am confident, I am successful, I am worthy of a good life! I am worthy of love, I am worth it! I am so awesome, I am a good person, I am a spiritual being, and I am intelligent! I am powerful!
In the past I have talked about keeping a journal and writing down the homework I have given you. Your homework today is to change your “I am” from negative to positive. Rewrite your “I am”. When you do this you begin to bring in the positive energy in your life. You become what you believe, so if you believe in the negative that is what you will become. So you need turn that around and believe in the positive, so you will become positive and you will in turn receive an abundance of positive things in your life.
I have mentioned several times that your thoughts are very powerful. Your mind is one of your most powerful tools. It is time to start using your mind to bring nothing but abundance in your life. Remember this if you want things to change in your life, you have to be willing to accept it. Change starts with you!

Fill in these blanks what are you happy and grateful for? It could be anything. What are you happy about? What makes you smile?
Take a notebook and write it down. Make sure you start your sentence with this statement; I am so happy and grateful now that. Keeping a journal about the things and people who make you happy is a great way to keep you focused on the positive. It is so easy to have our mind go to places we don’t want it to. It is so easy to go negative and feel bad about all the things we don’t have.
Instead we should be focusing on all the things we do have. Once you write down all the things you are grateful for and are happy about read it a few times. Keep it in a place where you can refer to it every day for one week straight.
Once the week is over, write a new entry with the same line, I am so happy and grateful now that. This time you are going to write about all the things you want and as you write these things down feel the joy of having the items. Feel like you already have it. Walk around like you have it, because after all it’s yours.
Keep an upbeat and positive attitude and the universe will respond. If you don’t show gratitude for what you already have, why would the universe provide you with anything else? It can be very hard to stay positive. I totally understand that.
We are all humans and we all have feelings and thoughts. But no matter what is going on in our lives we have to always try to remain positive. This is so that we can continue to receive positive energy in our lives. So that the positive energy trumps the negative energy. Just doing this exercise can make a world of a difference if we do it every day. We all go through ups and downs in our lives, but you have to learn how to shake it off and not let a little set bank put you in a funk. Staying in a funk can set you up for disaster that will be even harder to get away from.

One thing I do want to mention is that if you write your second entry with all the things you want and include things or people who belong to others this will not work. Why? Because wanting something or someone who belongs to another person is negative and the universe will not respond to negativity. Do no harm to none!
