Your Thoughts Cause Your Feelings
In my previous post I talked about manifesting and how we can manifest positive and negative thoughts.
Today I want to talk about your thoughts and how they cause your thoughts and how they cause the way you feel. In this multi-part serious we will talk about your thoughts, feelings, self-awareness, actions, behaviors etc.
No one can deny that when you’re thinking good things or hear good things you feel happy, energized and ready to conquer the world. The same thing goes true when you hear the opposite. All of a sudden you feel sick, you don’t have energy, and you just don’t want to be bothered.
In order for you to create a joyous life, you need to start with the way you think. Good thoughts exuberates the same feelings. Start thinking negatively and you will feel negative feelings. Whether you are aware of it or not your brain is always thinking. Even in your sleep your brain is still going. That’s its job and it will never stop thinking until you leave this earth.
When you become unaware of what you thinking, you become like a zombie. You begin to have a comatose and mundane life. I am pretty sure most of you are feeling like you have no control over your life or the things that happen in your life. You may also sense that because you have no control over your life, that you have no control over the way you feel. This is simply not true. You do have control it’s up to you take back control.
